The client previously had a solid fuel furnace and a heat pump before installing IR panels. The client particularly appreciates the simplicity of managing IR heating, as it requires no additional work, and is very satisfied with the energy consumption of the IR heating system. The decision to switch to IR heating was made after considering the overall operating costs, as IR heating does not require servicing, maintenance, and has a much lower chance of failure. Additionally, the lifespan and warranty are twice as long compared to the systems they had before.
