Description of the building and consumption

The most interesting part is that the residents pay almost nothing for electricity consumption. All residents have completely free heating, and at the same time, the solar power plant produces enough electricity to cover most of their household consumption. The installed capacity of the solar power plant is 95 kW, with an annual production of around 110,000 kWh. For the investor, the investment was the most rational, sustainable, and environmentally friendly, as the lifespan of the Ekosen IR heating system and the solar power plant exceeds 30 years. Residents enjoy significant savings and low living costs since they do not pay for electricity consumption.
