Protection of personal data - what data do we process?

If you are a user of services or a subscriber of services provided by the company, we also collect other personal data about you that we need to perform the services that you have ordered or. you use. We store and process personal data for the purpose of maintaining contact with customers, working in CRM and e-invoices, complaints, marketing information via e-mail and mail and sales promotion, and for the needs of the IRSUN application. For the needs of IR Sun WiFi regulator and IRSUN application, the following is recorded:
- the location entered by the user for the purpose of displaying the weather,
- name, surname, e-mail address and user password for the user account,
- building assistance data and Ekosen statistics,
- data on the price of electricity entered by the user himself for the correct display of consumption.
Consumption and operation are stored on the server, it is tied to the user. It is kept until the user deletes the account / regulator / group of regulators. Deleting a group of controllers or an individual controller deletes from the location server and their consumption and operation statistics. If you delete your account / user, all data will be deleted from our system. The MAC address (unique controller number) is recorded, which is needed for communication between the phone and the server that communicates with IR Sun regulators.
Protection of personal data - how long do we keep your data?
We store the obtained data:
- if you are a registered user of the online store and we obtained the data on the basis of personal consent, we keep this data for at least 1 year from the last application (registration) and 10 years after the end of the year in which the invoice was issued;
- if you are an unregistered user (guest) of the online store and we obtained data on the basis of personal consent, we keep this data for 1 year from the last application and purchase and for 10 years after the end of the year in which the invoice was issued;
- in other cases up to a limitation period of 5 years and for a further period of 1 year after the expiry of the claims incurred at the end of the limitation period.
In the case of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent and for the time necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination.
Who do we share your personal information with?
They process your personal data themselves, as their controller. In the event that it is necessary to execute your order, we share your information with our delivery and payment partners. This data is processed by our business partners in accordance with our instructions and legal regulations.
