Sunlife ONE IDEAL panels are versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. The most common and highly efficient installation is on the ceiling, but they can also be mounted on walls. Due to their advanced features, high level of safety, and reliability, these panels are mostly used as the primary heating system for buildings but are also suitable for occasional or supplemental heating of individual rooms.
Due to their exceptional operational efficiency, they are particularly popular in the following cases: existing residential houses, new constructions, replacement of existing heating systems, small and large apartments, vacation homes, weekend houses, rental properties, mobile homes, office spaces, hospitality establishments, healthcare facilities, retail stores, spa centers, etc. For optimal performance, the panels are recommended for installation at a ceiling height of up to 3.5 meters.

All these features ensure extraordinary efficiency, lower consumption, high thermal comfort, and completely even heat distribution in the room, without "cold zones" or concerns about "unpleasant radiant heat." This special design results in less material stress, thereby extending the product's lifespan. Sunlife ONE IDEAL panels have an expected lifespan of up to 40 years.
Heating Element:
The highest quality Ni-Cr heating conductor from a leading German manufacturer, insulated with a Teflon coating – due to this insulation, it has the longest lifespan at a given temperature among all conductors on the market. This design, along with an additional ALU protective foil, ensures that the maximum possible percentage of generated energy in the IR panel is transferred to the front surface of the panel. The Ni-Cr heating element does not change its properties over the years of operation and maintains unchanged characteristics throughout its entire lifespan. A copper-tin joint provides the highest protection for the input electrical cable into the heating element, protecting against overheating and ensuring safety of use and extended lifespan.
Case:
The entire case of the Sunlife ONE IDEAL IR panel is made of thickened galvanized sheet metal, resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. High IP protection IP54 ensures resistance to moisture and splashing.
Insulation:
Sunlife ONE IDEAL has premium insulation on the rear side of the panel made of natural stone wool, ensuring that almost all heat is dispersed across the front surface of the IR panel. This protects the ceiling/wall from higher temperatures, reduces heat losses behind the panel, and increases heating efficiency.
Color/Coating:
Austrian TIGER paint is renowned as the highest quality and most efficient in infrared heat transfer and element protection. Therefore, we used it for the coating of the Sunlife ONE IDEAL panel. It provides the highest emissivity values, a surface characteristic that indicates how effectively it emits thermal radiation. The rough microstructure increases the surface area that emits heat and allows the emission of thermal energy at a lower surface temperature of the panel. The paint is applied using a special process called electrostatic powder coating. This special method produces a highly durable protective layer that shields the metal from corrosion and wear, improving resistance to damage. Electrostatic powder coating is an environmentally friendly method, as it does not involve volatile and harmful solvents during production and use. The paint remains consistent and does not fade or yellow over time.

People are increasingly opting for IR heating for several reasons. High energy efficiency, which actually uses less energy to achieve the same room temperature as conventional heating systems, allows for quick and effective room heating. The simple installation of IR panels results in faster installation. The natural form of heat provided by the IR system positively affects comfort and well-being in the room. Lower initial investment compared to other central heating systems is attractive to many. Easy management and long-term durability of the system facilitate use and maintenance. Additionally, IR heating has a positive ecological aspect, as it does not produce harmful emissions and is environmentally friendly.
Ekosen experts perform precise energy calculations for your building and, based on this data, determine the optimal power of IR panels for each room. The energy consumption with the Ekosen IR heating system is very low in practice and can also be calculated. With correctly determined IR panel power, they will operate on average only up to about 3 hours per day in well and excellently insulated buildings and up to about 5 hours in less efficiently insulated buildings throughout the entire winter. Based on this data, you can easily calculate the approximate consumption of the system. For example, in a well-insulated residential house that, according to our calculations, requires a total power of 7 kW, the consumption calculation would be: 7 kW x 3 hours/day x 180 days = 3780 kWh. *The price per kilowatt-hour depends on the selected supplier, except in the case of an installed solar power plant, where heating costs can be free.
